QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Strong typing skills (English).
- Excellent spelling (English).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office basics (Word and Excel).
- Detail-oriented person with a sharp eye for catching mistakes in English texts.
- Experience in Call Center e-mail accounts is a plus.
